Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Product Availability
We make every effort to have items ready and available to ship. In the event you purchase an item that is unavailable or out of stock, we will inform you immediately so that you have the option of revising your order, canceling, or waiting for the backorder to arrive.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via FedEx and UPS. We do accept customer shipping account numbers. If you would like to use a shipping account number instead of paying for shipping when you place your order online, please contact us to process your order internally. Our current commerce page does not allow for third party shipping for online sales.
